Q1: Macklins 3 - 0 Comets 3 The girls came out completely fired up! A brilliant start saw our attackers capitalising on early turnovers, while our defence put up an absolute wall. Ending the first quarter with a clean sheet set the tone perfectly for the rest of the match.

Q2: Macklins 8 - 0 Comets 3 Macklins kept the pedal to the metal in the second quarter. The mid-court link-up play was seamless, feeding the shooting circle beautifully. Our defenders continued their phenomenal form, completely shutting out the Comets' attack to head into halftime with a dominant 8-0 lead.

Q3: Macklins 10 - 3 Comets 3 Comets 3 came back after the break with renewed determination and managed to break our defensive line, getting on the scoreboard. However, Macklins kept their composure. The girls kept the scoreboard ticking over, maintaining a comfortable 10-3 lead heading into the final stretch.

Q4: Macklins 13 - 5 Comets 3 In the final quarter of the season, both teams gave it their all. Comets 3 fought hard until the very end, adding two more goals to their tally, but Macklins stayed in control.
